Delivery via PostNL and DHL

Your order can be delivered to your home or to another address. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to ship you package to a pickup point.

PostNL and DHL will deliver your order to the address you provide. If the package cannot be delivered, it will be delivered to a neighbor or offered again later. The day and time of the 2nd delivery depends on the day of the 1st delivery. If you are not home on the 2nd delivery either, you will receive a bill in your mailbox. It will tell you at which PostNL or DHL service point you can pick up the package. Please note that your package will be returned after 1 week.

Shipping Netherlands and Belgium

For shipping, we cooperate with PostNL and DHL. Together, we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. This is often within 1-2 business days, if you order before noon your order is often in the house the next day! If you have not received your order after 5 business days, please contact our customer service department.

We ask for orders up to €125.00 a contribution for shipping costs of €8.50 this applies to the Netherlands and Belgium.

Shipping Europe

For shipping, we cooperate with PostNL and DHL. Together, we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. This is often within 3-7 business days. If you order before noon we will ship your order the same day! If you have not received your order after 10 business days, please contact our customer service department.

For shipping to Germany and the rest of Europe, shipping costs are €13.50.

All orders over €125.00 get free shipping included.
